Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for enrollments purchased directly from Scalesyncweb when you meet the timeframe and conditions below. Promotional seats gifted by a third party follow the terms on that gift agreement instead.

Timeframe

Request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date if you have completed no more than one module and have not attended a live clinic included in your plan. Requests after fourteen days are considered only for partial credit as described next.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds return 100% of tuition paid for the unused plan. Partial refunds may equal up to 50% of tuition if you cancel between day fifteen and day thirty and have completed fewer than half of the modules. After thirty days, or after half the modules are completed, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Custom onsite travel costs already incurred, third-party exam fees (if any), and completed live clinic slots that you attended are non-refundable. Downloadable templates remain licensed if a partial refund is issued; we may revoke access for full refunds.

Refund process

Email contact@scalesyncweb.digital with your full name, purchase date, plan name (Field Kit, Desk Review, or Full Ledger Sync), and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within fourteen business days using the original payment method when possible, or via bank transfer to an account you nominate in Taiwan(China). Currency matches the original invoice.

Cancellation

You may cancel future live clinics with at least forty-eight hours’ notice to reschedule once at no charge. No-shows forfeit that clinic slot without tuition refund beyond the rules above.

Exceptions

If Scalesyncweb cancels a program permanently and cannot offer a substitute start date, you receive a full refund of unused tuition. Documented medical or force-majeure events may qualify for extended partial credit at our discretion.
