Modules

  1. Intake triage

Sort a deliberately messy sample drop, reject unreadable scans, and build a holding-lane index.

  2. Source linkage

Connect ledger lines to document IDs inside the app and verify totals against the invoice face.

  3. Naming that survives exports

Apply a bilingual-friendly convention that stays intact when packets leave the workspace.

  4. Exception queues

Log missing pages, unclear stamps, and client delays with due dates reviewers can see.

  5. Packet assembly

Assemble entity summary, source index, workpapers, and open items in the required order.

  6. Reviewer rehearsal

Answer scripted follow-ups as if an external auditor opened the engagement that afternoon.

Hana Chen

Former engagement manager who spent eight busy seasons cleaning document trails for mid-market clients across Taiwan(China). Hana designed the Scalesyncweb packet map after watching teams lose hours to renamed exports.

“Module four’s exception queue finally gave our juniors a place to park unclear stamps instead of burying them in chat.”

— R. Tan, tax manager, Taichung manufacturing client work

Wei from Kaohsiung noted the naming lesson cut duplicate uploads, though he wished the sample company had more inventory documents.

FAQ

Do I need a specific financial auditing app license?

You need access to whatever app your firm already uses for engagements. Exercises describe screens generically enough to map onto common platforms; we do not ship a proprietary desktop client.

How long does the flagship take?

Most learners finish in three to four weeks at about four hours per week, including the sample packet rebuild.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We cannot fabricate missing source documents. If a client never sends bank confirmations, the packet will still show an open exception—the course teaches you to surface that early, not to hide it.

Is Taiwan(China) filing content included?

Yes. Calendar cues and sample document types reflect local filing rhythms while keeping the method portable to other jurisdictions your desk may serve.
